Before – ADC Imaging, Calgary SW
This image shows the condition of the office drywall before our work began at the ADC Imaging location in Southwest Calgary. The walls had significant damage caused by a commercial interior renovation, including multiple holes, cutouts, and areas where fixtures and office equipment had previously been attached. These openings were left in the drywall during the renovation process and required proper preparation before repair and finishing work could begin.
As part of the preparation phase, the Tradmos team carefully removed attached furniture, wall-mounted equipment, and other unwanted wall attachments that were no longer needed. Many of these items had been secured directly into the drywall, leaving behind anchors, screws, and damaged sections of wallboard that needed to be addressed.
Once the space was cleared, we were able to fully assess the extent of the drywall damage across the office walls. This allowed us to plan the necessary drywall repairs, patching, taping, and finishing work required to restore the surfaces to a smooth, professional condition ready for the next stage of renovation.
Proper preparation at this stage is essential in commercial drywall projects, as it ensures that all damaged areas are correctly repaired and that the finished walls will appear seamless once primed and painted.
After – ADC Imaging, Calgary SW
This image shows the completed drywall repair and finishing work at the ADC Imaging office in Southwest Calgary. After the damaged areas were prepared and the walls were cleared of furniture and wall attachments, our team carried out the necessary drywall repairs to restore the surfaces to a clean and professional condition.
All holes, cutouts, and damaged sections of drywall were carefully patched and reinforced. The repaired areas were then taped and finished using multiple coats of joint compound to ensure a smooth, even surface that blends seamlessly with the surrounding walls. Each coat was properly dried and sanded to eliminate visible seams and imperfections, which is essential for achieving a high-quality finish in commercial office spaces.
Once the drywall finishing process was completed and the surfaces were fully prepared, the walls were professionally painted to restore the appearance of the office interior. The final result is a clean, refreshed workspace with smooth walls that look consistent and ready for everyday use.
Projects like this demonstrate how proper drywall repair and finishing can transform damaged walls into a polished, professional environment suitable for offices, clinics, and commercial spaces. Tradmos is proud to provide reliable drywall repair and finishing services for businesses throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.
